Ms. Alexander is a native of DeRidder, Louisiana. She received her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in Communications Disorders from Louisiana State University in 1991.

Ms. Alexander is a speech-language pathologist with a certificate of clinical competence. Her areas of expertise are the treatment of neurological disorders and dysphagia. She joined BRPT-Lake in 2001.

Ms. Bueche is a native of Arabi, Louisiana. She is a 1985 graduate of the LSU Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy. She received advanced certification in upper extremity treatment and is a Certified Hand Therapist.

Ms. Bueche has advanced training in the areas of neurodevelopmental treatment for the adult neurological population, vestibular rehabilitation, and lymphedema management (UE, LE, and head/neck). Her clinical expertise involves hand/UE disorders/injuries, lymphedema management, vestibular rehab, work related injuries/job site evaluations, and adult neurological conditions. She is a certified ASTYM system provider. Ms. Bueche has been practicing with Baton Rouge Physical Therapy-Lake since 1987. She is director of the OT department and clinical coordinator for OT student interns.

Ms. Bueche is a past President of Louisiana Occupational Therapy Association and has held several positions on the Board for the past 25 years. She was recognized as "OT of the Year" in 2013 by LOTA. She is a past instructor and Board Member for the Arthritis Association of Louisiana since 1988. She is actively involved with the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Louisiana including service as a First Connection volunteer. She maintains an active membership in American Occupational Therapy Association, Louisiana Occupational Therapy Association, and American Society of Hand Therapists.

Mrs. Buttery is a native of Akron, Ohio. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from The University of Toledo in 2012. Mrs. Buttery is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association.

Mrs. Courville is a native of Eunice, Louisiana. I attended McNeese State University where I achieved my Bachelors of Science in Athletic training May of 2012. I completed my Associates degree in Physical Therapy Assisting from Our Lady of the Lake in May 2015. I rejoined Baton Rouge Physical -Therapy Lake as a PTA in 2015.

Ms. Couvillion graduated from LSU School of Allied Health Professions in 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy. After graduation, Ms. Couvillion worked in acute care and in rehabilitation hospitals in New Orleans.

In 1999 she earned the added credential of Certified Hand Therapist.

Ms. Couvillion worked at Crescent City Physical Therapy in New Orleans until Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and relocated to Ascension Parish and BRPT-Lake in 2006.

Ms. Couvillion's clinical expertise includes hand/upper extremity disorders and CancerFit as she is trained to perform lymphedema management.

Ms. Couvillion is a certified ASTYM system provider.

Dr. Fogle is a native of Sycamore, Illinois. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, MI where he played basketball for the Huskies. He is also a graduate of the University of St. Augustine School for Health Sciences in St. Augustine, FL receiving his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2005.

Dr. Fogle is an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) in Physical Therapy as acknowledged by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Dr. Fogle's primary interests include orthopedics and sports medicine rehabilitation, including the use of state-of-the-art techniques such as ASTYM and ART. He has completed level I and II training in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (IMT) or Dry Needling through Kinetacore. He is also a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA).

Dr. Fogle has been practicing at BRPT-Lake since 2007.

Dr. Gutierrez is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider as well as a national instructor in ASTYM. Gus has completed level I and II training in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (IMT) or Dry Needling through Kinetacore, and has treated a variety of high school, collegiate and professional athletes.

Dr. Gutierrezis Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association. He completed the Gulf Coast Graduate Institute of Manual Therapy Residency Program, focusing on advanced evaluation and treatment of orthopedic conditions with the use of mobilization and manipulative techniques. After completing the 18-month program, he received certification as a Level 2 Manual Therapist. Dr. Gutierrez has also earned the prestigious Fellowship status in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists.

Dr. Gutierrez has enjoyed working with athletes and athletic trainers over his career and currently serves as the team therapist for a number of high schools as well as an LSU Track and Field physical therapist. He has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 1986.

Ms. Jones is a native of Lutcher, Louisiana. She earned her Bachelor's degree from Southern University in 1999.

Ms. Jones is an active member of Greater Baton Rouge Society of Human Resource Management and the National Association of Professional Women. She joined Baton Rouge Physical Therapy-Lake in 2015.

Dr. Kaplan is a native of Pickens, Mississippi. He attended Louisiana State University and is a 1989 graduate of the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. He holds a Master of Health Administration from Tulane University. Dr. Kaplan received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2010 from Evidence in Motion Physical Therapy Institute in Louisville, KY.

Dr. Kaplan is a manual therapist, Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (OCS) by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties since 1999. His clinical expertise is in the area of orthopedics, sports medicine, and work-related injuries. Dr. Kaplan is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider. He has completed Level I and II training through Kinetacore in Intramuscular Manual Therapy (IMT)/Trigger Point Dry Needling (TDN).

Dr. Kaplan is the program director for Swing Dynamics, which is a golf evaluation program, and he is the program director for BRPT-Lake's outcome data program. He has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 1989.

Mr. Lafauci is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana. He attended Louisiana State University where he played football and achieved All American status as an offensive guard. He is also a 1976 graduate of the LSU Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy.

His area of expertise is in the treatment of orthopedic sports medicine and work-related injuries.

Mr. Lafauci is a certified ART and ASTYM system provider. He is also the Director of the Sports Medicine Program for and has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 1976.

Mr. Lane is a native of Vidalia, Louisiana and attended college at Northeast Louisiana University. He received his physical therapy training at the LSU Medical Center School of Allied Health Professions in New Orleans and received a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1975.

Mr. Lane's clinical expertise is in orthopedics, particularly the spine, sports medicine injuries and the feet. He is a manual therapist and is Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy by the American Physical Therapy Association.

Dr. LeBlanc is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA). Along with being a member of the LPTA Executive Committee, he is the immediate past president of the LPTA. He also serves as a delegate, representing Louisiana Physical Therapists, to the APTA House of Delegates. Dr. LeBlanc has been practicing physical therapy with BRPT-Lake since 2000.

In recognition for his achievements as a clinician and successes in professional association activities, Dr. LeBlanc was recognized in 2008 as the Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center Outstanding Physical Therapy Alumni. In 2010, he was recognized as one of the Baton Rouge Business Report 2010 Top 40 under 40 honorees.

Dr. Schexnayder is a native of Hahnville, LA. He is a 2011 graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University and received a Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Human Performance. In 2015, he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine.

Dr. Teri Hammonds is an Ascension Parish native who graduated from St. Amant High School. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Science from Nicholls State University in 2006 where she played softball for the Colonels for 4 years. In 2012, she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans.

Dr. Hammonds' interests include orthopedic patients from pediatric sports injuries to geriatric wellness. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and Louisiana Physical Therapy Association (LPTA). Ms. Goree is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor's in Communication Studies in May of 2007. She earned her Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assisting from Our Lady of the Lake College in May of 2015. She is also a dance teacher and choreographer for a competitive dance company in the Prairieville area. Ms. Goree is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as the Louisiana Physical Therapy Association. She joined Baton Rouge Physical Therapy- Lake in 2015.
