Senior HR Generalist – Shadows Lane:  HR is responsible for directing and managing employee relations, creating and administering company policies, recruiting and applicant screening.  Other duties include new hire orientation, all required state/federal HR reporting, administering employee health and 401k benefits, managing medical leave, PTO, compensation and performance management. Administer state and federal labor laws, with knowledge of upcoming changes. Must have excellent organizational ability and communication skills. Clinic Office Manager – Brittany Drive:  The Brittany Office Manager will work with the Clinical Director to ensure efficient overall functionality of a large outpatient clinic. Manages all aspects of the clinic front office and staff including hiring, training and performance development. Manages scheduling, charge entry, collections and other aspects of the clinic. Order any required services and supplies. Requires an understanding of common procedures in a health care office and the use of medical terminologies, along with EMR and computer skills. Balanced Body Office AssistantBrittany Drive: The Balanced Body Office Assistant will assist Pilates instructors in scheduling appointments, post charges and collect payments, schedule meetings, assist with facility needs/repairs/inspections, prepare client communications and surveys along with other admin tasks assigned by the program director.  Part time. 8:00 - Noon; Monday - Friday.
