Office Manager - Brittany Drive
The Brittany Office Manager will work with the Clinical Director to ensure efficient overall functionality of a large outpatient clinic. Manages all aspects of the clinic front office and staff including hiring, training and performance development. Manages scheduling, charge entry, collections and other aspects of the clinic. Order any required services and supplies. Schedules appropriately for the development and implementation of a marketing practice while maintaining an appropriate clinic environment. Requires an understanding of common processes in a health care office and the use of medical terminologies, along with EMR and computer skills. A minimum of 5 years healthcare Office Management experience and Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or other related field preferred.
Precert Coordinator - Colonial Drive
The Precertification Coordinator precertifies most patients before being treated at each clinic, enters information into the computer and reports to the applicable Office Manager. Receives incoming referrals from clinics/patients, verifies insurance information, obtains necessary authorizations, communicates with patients and insurance companies to input all information and communicates with clinics for patient scheduling.
