Appointments

There are two types of appointments you can schedule if you are seeking physical therapy or occupational therapy.

  1. Free Consultation

This appointment does not require a doctor's referral. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes, and you and one of our therapists will discuss your pain, its location, and the problems you are experiencing from it. The options available for treatment will be presented and explained to you.

To schedule a free consultation, call the number at the clinic location below that is most convenient to you.
  2. Physical or Occupational Therapy Treatment

This appointment requires a referral from a physician, since it initiates your treatment program. If you don't currently have a doctor, we can recommend several and help set an appointment with one of them for you.

If your doctor has recommended physical or occupational therapy and you would like to schedule an appointment, call the number at the clinic location below that is most convenient to you.
